Dr. Payman Simoni studied detailed body anatomy and physiology at the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he was graduated with special distinction in research. He, then, completed a full residency program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he served as Chief Resident.

Following his residency training, Dr Payman Simoni sought an experience that most plastic surgeons dream of but never achieve. He decided to travel throughout the country to study under some of the leading plastic surgeons surgeons to benefit from their techniques and experiences. Of his distinguished teachers was Dr Jeffery Klein, the inventor of tumescent liposuction. Dr Payman Simoni has been one of the first physicians who utilized the advanced ultrasonic Vaser Liposelection.

Even though Dr Simoni utilizes the most recent and advanced techniques in liposuction, he does not rush to adopt new techniques until an advantage is shown and potential risks are well-understood.  Dr Payman Simoni always believes when meticulously executed, proven methods really do serve most patients better than the “technique du jour.”
